Hamburg/New York – 04.09.2025 – WorkGenius, the AI-powered platform for contingent workforce solutions, today announced that it has acquired the remaining 49% stake in Futurepath GmbH from CARIAD SE, the automotive software company of the Volkswagen Group. This transaction follows WorkGenius’ acquisition of Expertlead in August 2023, through which it had already obtained a 51% stake in Futurepath.
By securing full ownership, WorkGenius will integrate Futurepath’s strengths into its global offering, unlocking new benefits for clients and talent alike.
